Our trip to northern India. April 5 to 25, 2007. We landed in Delhi after a layover in Tokyo. We visited Rishikesh, Shimla, McLeod Ganj, Vashisht, Nagar, Chandigarh and back to Delhi. We didn't get poisoned either!

Rishikesh, India. Where the Beatles went back in the '60's. It ended with disillusionment. The Indian government seized it in the 70's. People could live here until about 20 years ago. The government close it up. Now it's only monkeys, cows and the occasional elephant. Oh, and a guard who will let in you in for a bribe.
